Inspired by Tatiana Maslany’s performance in ‘Orphan Black’ and Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell’s performances in ‘The Americans,’ Ada Faye decided to begin developing her craft in 2017 at the age of nineteen as a theatre and film actress. Though this is far from the beginning. Long before she had come to the decision to pursue her career, she often found herself taking any creative assignment she received in high school much more seriously than any other academic counterpart. She didn’t know then, but during this time she was accruing directing and acting experience - project to project; from dramatized book-report videos, to the oh-so-familiar elective theatre class. She was finding herself in roles that she enjoyed every facet of and still was unaware that this was a career path that she could take! Once in college, these projects would also later contribute to a desire to dub scenes from video games and edit ambience into those recordings for fun. This would then later lead to an emphasis on growth as a voice over artist, on top of her education as a theatrically-trained actress. Like lightning in a bottle, it would later hit her that she had a knack for entertaining and that this pursuit is something that is and always was closely within reach, having been raised in Southern California.

On top of being a graduate from the California State University of San Bernardino (BA-Theatre Arts Acting Emphasis) she has also participated in workshops under the instruction of Tony Oliver, David Sobolov and Julie Madalenna-Kliewer of Bang Zoom! Studios. Consistent with her values of constantly wanting to learn more, she is excited to see her roster of professors, working-professional teachers and peers alike expand as she further sharpens her craft as an artist.
